You already know what to do. This is about the moment you don’t do it.

A 21-day protocol for traders who can describe exactly what went wrong — afterwards.

Instant download. Two books, 172 pages. 14-day refund, no questions.

This is not a discipline problem

You know the rules. You wrote them, or you learned them, or you paid for them. You know what a revenge trade looks like before you take it. You know that moving your stop is not a strategy — it is hope dressed up as flexibility.

And yet. The market moves against you and you feel it before you think it. The next action comes before the decision. Afterwards you can describe precisely what happened — but that knowledge arrived after the trade, not before it, and not during it.

This is not a discipline problem. It is not a knowledge problem. It is a loop problem.

Your nervous system runs a sequence between trigger and action that is faster than deliberate thought. That sequence fires before your rules can engage. No amount of additional knowledge changes it, because the loop does not operate at the level where knowledge lives.

What changes it is building a different sequence — inserting new steps between trigger and action until those steps become automatic. That is what this protocol does, over 21 days.

What you get

Two books, designed to be used side by side. Both supplied in A4 and US Letter.

Book One — The Protocol

67 pages. One concept per day for twenty-one days. Nothing is written in it, so it stays clean and you keep it.

Book Two — The Response Journal

105 pages. Every prompt with real space to answer it, plus reusable templates and a session tracker. Designed to be printed, and set on white so it will not drain your ink.

When you run the protocol again in a year, you print a fresh Journal. The Protocol does not change — you do — and your old journal stays intact as the record of who you were the first time.

Part One — Recognition · Days 1–7

Map your instability loop precisely: the trigger, the body signal that precedes it by seconds, the behaviour, the belief underneath. By Day 7 you can describe your pattern in third person — as something you have, not something you are.

Part Two — Regulation · Days 8–14

Build the pre-session protocol: a life-state check, a nervous-system regulation tool matched to your pattern, a decision protocol, an identity bridge, and rules built from your own loop rather than from a book.

Part Three — Replacement · Days 15–21

Run it under real conditions. Shadow work on what money means to you beneath its face value, a full protocol session, a structured review, and a regression protocol for the day your pattern fires anyway. By Day 21 you have written your complete Stability System.

Twenty-one workbook days, not twenty-one calendar days

Markets close. Holidays land. You will miss days. None of it breaks the protocol, because the sequence is what matters and not the dates.

Most days need fifteen minutes at a desk and no market at all — you can do them on a Sunday. Only Day 11 and Day 16 ask for a trading session, and live, paper and replay all count equally. Replay is why a closed market is never an obstacle.

Who it is for

This is for you if

  • You have a strategy you believe in and cannot consistently execute it.
  • You can describe your pattern clearly and still watch yourself repeat it.
  • You have tried more rules, more journaling, more discipline — and none of it held under pressure.
  • You are willing to write honestly on a page nobody else will read.

This is not for you if

  • You are looking for setups, signals or a strategy. This works on the layer between your strategy and your ability to execute it.
  • You want a system that requires no writing. The writing is the method.
  • You are looking for treatment. See the boundary below.

What this is, and what it is not

This is a psychoeducational protocol. It is not therapy, not clinical treatment, and not a substitute for professional psychological support. It is designed for traders who are psychologically stable and want to improve their self-awareness and behavioural consistency under market pressure.

It is also not a trading strategy. It will not tell you what to trade, when to enter, or how to size a position, and it makes no claim about your results.

If you are experiencing significant distress, or concerns about your relationship with money, risk or gambling that feel beyond self-help, please speak to a qualified professional first. The workbook will still be here.

About

I am Sofia Harchich. I hold an MSc in Psychology and I write about the psychology of trading at The Wealth Mirror — Jungian shadow work, nervous system regulation, and what actually happens in the seconds between a market event and a trader’s next click.

This protocol is the practical half of a larger framework I have been building: the part you can use now, on paper, without waiting for the assessment it comes from.

$49 — founding price

This is the launch price for the first readers, before the testimonials exist. It goes up as they arrive. If you are reading this now, you are early.

14-day refund, no questions asked. Open it, read it, and if it is not what you needed, write to me within fourteen days and I will refund you. You do not need to justify it and you do not need to return anything. A tool that does not fit the person holding it is not a tool.

Questions

Do I need to be trading live?

No. Two days involve a session, and paper trading or your platform’s replay function count equally. If you are in a planned pause, this is arguably a better time to do the protocol than a busy one.

What market does it apply to?

All of them. There is nothing instrument-specific in it — no forex, no stocks, no crypto, no strategy. The loop it works on is the same whatever you trade.

How long does each day take?

Fifteen to twenty minutes for most days. Day 11 and Day 16 take a trading session plus a review.

Do I have to print it?

No, but I would. Handwriting is slower than typing, and slowness is the point. Both books come in A4 and US Letter, and the Journal is set on white so printing it will not drain your ink.

Can I use it more than once?

Yes — it is built for that. The Protocol stays clean and you print a fresh Journal for each run. There is a section at the back on how to compare two runs honestly, including the one rule that makes the comparison worth anything.

Is this therapy?

No. It is structured psychoeducation, and it says so on page two. It does not diagnose or treat anything, and it refers out where that is the right answer.
